Foieviare Return Policy:

Please reach out to our customer service team at info@foieviare.com and we will assist you with all eligible returns, please keep in mind that final sale items are not eligible for return, and that we cannot except empty containers back. We're all about our products, just not empty containers. : ) Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your products! 

Order Processing and Shipment:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. If we are on vacation or out of the office for an extended period of time, there will be a notice before checkout.

30-Day Gaurantee

We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Foieviare offers a 30-day return window from the date of your purchase. ***This excludes any 'Caviar Serum' products.

What if my product is arrives defective?

If, by any chance, there's an issue with your order, or if the product is defective or damaged, we want to make it right! In such cases:

  • We will offer a solution to the issue.
  • Reach out to our customer service team at info@foieviare.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll guide you through the process.

"I changed my mind" It Happens!: 

  • You're responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.

Friendly Reminder: Please Don't Send Us Empty Product Containers

If you've decided to return a product, please ensure it's in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of empty containers. If the product is more than 10% used, we will prorate you depending on use.

Texture is inconsistent:

Environmental factors such as temperature may affect texture. If this happens, return the product to the fridge for a bit or room temperature.

How to Initiate a Return: Simple Steps for Your Convenience 

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@foieviare.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will get back with you ASAP: Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and instructions.
  • Pack It: Pack the product, ensuring it's in its original condition.
  • Send It Back

Refunds and Exchanges: 

Once we receive your returned item:

  • If it's a case of our fault or a defective product, we'll initiate a refund or send you a replacement – your choice.
  • If it's a return due to a change of mind, we'll issue a refund minus the return shipping costs.
